It’s time to take a look back at some of the best tweaks for iOS 6. Although iOS 7 is now the main firmware, there are still quite a few on iOS 6 who have either retained their Evasi0n jailbreak or who are waiting for the iOS 6.1.3/4 jailbreak to be released.

Although many of the developers are now working on tweaks for the iOS 7 jailbreak, there have been a surprising number of excellent tweaks appear over the course of the year for iOS 6. We are going to take a quick look at 15 of the very best.
MultiLS – Available for free on the BigBoss Repository MultiLS is an iOS 6 only tweak that gives your lock screen a bi of extra function in the way of an additional screen. This extra screen is for your notifications and gives you a bit of privacy – anyway, who happens to be looking at your iPhone will not be able to see any of your notifications. Clota allows iOS 6 users to close all of their Safari browsing tabs in one go or close all down except the one you are using. Without this tweak on iOS 6 you have to shut each one down individually which can be time-consuming if you are one of those who has loads of tabs open at once.

If you haven’t already you will need to add this repo to Cydia. Full instructions on how to do so can be found here. Built in to the stock Messages app is a setting that lets you hide your messages from the lock screen. However, you might want to use the same feature on other apps and, as there isn’t a setting in iOS 6, you will need Push Privacy. This will hide up push notifications from any app that uses them.
Anemo Available for $2.99 from the BigBoss Repository
Anemo is one of those ever –useful quick reply tweaks. Although many are free, Anemo has such a nice interface, is very user-friendly, and works solidly so it is perhaps worth the cost of buying it.
Reminisce Available for $1.99 from the BigBoss Repository
This is on-off tweak, one that helps you to quickly launch hose apps that you were recently using. It works from the Home screen of your iOS device and is one of the most useful tweaks on the scene this year.
VideoPane Available for $1.99 on the BigBoss Repository
This tweak brings new meaning to multi-tasking. VideoPane allows you to watch your favorite music video or film in a small screen while you are doing other things on your iPhone. You can also use the tweak to send media via AirPlay.
PanoMod Available for free on the ModMyi Repository
When the Panorama feature was introduced into iOS, some older models of the iPhone were left out, namely he iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. PanoMod gives user with older models on iOS 6 the ability to capture panoramic photos.
InstaLauncher Available for $1.99 on the BigBoss Repository
If you love launchers, you will love InstaLauncher. The tweak gives you a gesture-based launcher on your home screen with a wide variety of apps that you can access through it. You can also customize it how you want.

While you can already get access to your music controls on the lockscreen, with a double tap of the Home button, this tweak gives you the ability to use gestures to control them, straight from the lock screen, without having to go into the app. You can use swipes to change the volume, change the track, and other gestures for other controls.
TaskMaster Available for $1.99 on the BigBoss Repository
Like the look of the Control center on iOS 7 ? TaskMaster is the nearest you will get to it. Although it looks very similar to the iOS 7 version, it was actually released about a month before the new firmware.
BannerSwipe Available for free on the ModMyi Repository
